Quality inspection process of Water Pump Housing Casting: 

We use a strict multi-dimensional inspection process to ensure that each Gray Iron Pump Housing meets the industry's high standards. First, we conduct an appearance inspection, using magnetic particle inspection (MT) to check surface cracks to ensure that the Pump Housing Cast Iron has no defects such as pores and sand holes; secondly, we use a three-coordinate measuring machine to verify the accuracy of the key installation dimensions of the Water Pump Housing Casting, and the tolerance is strictly controlled within ISO CT8 level. All products must pass a hydraulic test at 1.5 times the working pressure, and use an optical spectrometer (OES) to verify the chemical composition of the HT250 material and provide a complete test report.
